Today I was asked to join the cast of Buried Together by someone I’ve already worked with on another project. Lynn was familiar with my work voicing Analise and wanted me on this new project playing a character called Pandora.
There’s not much info on them but I like having someone think of me for a role, and Lynn said “you’re kind of like… all i can imagine them sounding like, i can’t even lie” when asking me to join the cast. She told me informally that “they’re an androgynous college student majoring in fashion who is pretttyyyy quiet and monotonous.” A nice challenge to play someone with interests I don’t share, and I believe this is my first androgynous they/them character role. As inspiration, I was asked to draw on Raava from Legend of Korra, which is a bit intimidating, but I went for it, and my lines were accepted with no changes. We’ll see if anything gets made with the input! It sounds like an interesting project.
